The Saint John Jewish Historical Museum was founded in 1986 to collect, preserve and display documents and artifacts to tell the Story of the Saint John Jewish community.
There are permanent and changing exhibits that have covered all aspects of the community’s life. The Museum welcomes visitors from around the world from May to October and group tours throughout the year. Educational programs are offered to area Students through outreach kits and a Holocaust study program. Researchers are welcome to the library and archives. The museum is located near the Shaarei Zedek Synagogue.
